Webster Terraces in Nedlands is a stunning project

Webster Terraces in Nedlands is a stunning project, thoughtfully designed by Pennock Architects, that we are proud to be assisting JP West with.

This remarkable development will feature ten grouped dwellings (eight two-bedroom dwellings and two three-bedroom dwellings). An open-plan living style is used throughout and complemented by the generous private open space of each dwelling.

Electrical works our team are assisting with include internal and external lighting, car park and feature lighting and more. Mechanical works include ventilation systems, such as air conditioning ventilation, and assessment of compliance with environmental noise regulations. Hydraulic works involve compliance and approvals, water services (hot and cold), sanitary plumbing and drainage, stormwater drainage, design and documentation of natural gas reticulation/conveyance and more.
